Terms of Service

Effective September 2, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your access to Ground Floor Leads, a service of LJB Capital LLC. By creating an account, starting a trial, purchasing a subscription, or using the service, you agree to these terms.

Business service

Ground Floor Leads provides business leads, business contact information, and related outreach tools for lawful business development. You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for the business using the service.

Accounts

You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding login details, and all activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. Accounts may not be shared outside your organization unless your plan permits it.

Trial, pricing, and billing

Eligible new customers may receive a one week free trial. Unless a different offer is stated in writing, no charge applies during the trial.

The standard subscription is $397 per month. A founding rate of $297 per month is available to the first five qualifying customers. The applicable price will be shown or confirmed before paid service begins. Subscriptions are billed monthly until canceled. Taxes may apply.

You may cancel at any time by contacting support@groundfloorleads.com. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period unless we state otherwise. Except where required by law or agreed in writing, fees already paid are not refundable.

Permitted use

You may use the service for your own lawful business development and internal sales activity. You are responsible for your messages, calls, campaigns, and compliance with applicable marketing, privacy, and communications laws.

Prohibited use

You may not:

• Resell, sublicense, publish, distribute, or provide the service or its lead data to another person or business.
• Use the service for harassment, threats, discrimination, deception, or unlawful marketing.
• Use lead data to make decisions about employment, housing, credit, insurance eligibility, or any purpose governed by consumer reporting law.
• Attempt to obtain unauthorized access, bypass limits, copy the service in bulk, or interfere with its operation.
• Use the service in a way that violates law or another person's rights.

Lead data and accuracy

Lead data is compiled from public records and publicly available business information. Businesses change, public information may be delayed, and contact details may become outdated. We do not guarantee that every record is complete, current, error free, or suitable for a particular campaign. You should use reasonable judgment and verify important information before relying on it.

We may correct, remove, or suppress records. Requests may be sent to support@groundfloorleads.com.

Our rights

The service, website, design, software, selection, organization, and original content belong to LJB Capital LLC or its licensors. These terms grant you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive right to use the service during your trial or paid subscription. No ownership rights are transferred.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for nonpayment, misuse, risk to the service or others, or a material breach of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time. Sections that should reasonably continue, including payment duties, ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute terms, survive termination.

Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided as is and as available. LJB Capital LLC disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and noninfringement. We do not guarantee sales results, response rates, uninterrupted access, or that any lead will become a customer.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LJB Capital LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, and providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity. Our total liability arising from the service will not exceed the amount you paid us during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers or limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify LJB Capital LLC from claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the service, your outreach, your content, or your material breach of these terms.

Governing law and disputes

New York law governs these terms, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Nassau County, New York, and each party consents to those courts.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will post the updated version and change the effective date. If a material change affects an active paid subscription, we will provide reasonable notice. Continued use after the new terms take effect means you accept them.
